Terms of Service

These Terms cover your use of Boundfire's apps and services, including PuppyClicker and Boundfire Bond ("the Services"). Using the Services means you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. You must be 18+

The Services are for adults. You must be at least 18 and old enough to consent where you live. By using them, you confirm you are.

2. Your account

Keep your login details safe and your info accurate. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Email [email protected] right away if someone else gets into it.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

PuppyClicker has social features where you can post, comment, and message. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post, send, or share anything that:

• Involves minors in any way, real or implied
• Is non-consensual, or shares someone's private information or images without consent
• Is pornographic, or shows graphic sexual content or nudity
• Harasses, threatens, bullies, or targets anyone
• Is hateful or discriminatory, or contains slurs
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or anything illegal
• Impersonates someone else, or is spam

Break these rules and we'll remove the content and may ban your account.

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report any post, comment, or user from inside the app, and you can block anyone. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, taking it down and removing users who post it. You can also reach us any time at [email protected].

5. Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you give us permission to store and show it so the app can work. You're responsible for your content and must have the right to share it. Posts and profiles in the social feed are public, so anyone using the app can see them.

6. Using the app safely

PuppyClicker lets friends send each other interactions, and can connect to devices you set up yourself. By using it you agree that:

• Connections need mutual approval before anyone can interact with you
• You can block or remove a friend at any time
• You set and respect safety limits, and don't try to bypass rate limits
• Any device you connect is yours to configure, and its risks are your responsibility
• You're responsible for getting consent from anyone you interact with

7. Payments

Some Boundfire products offer paid subscriptions. Purchases go through your app store, renew automatically until you cancel, and can be cancelled any time from your store account. Refunds follow your store's rules. We never sell your personal data.

8. Ending your access

You can delete your account any time from Settings, which wipes your data from our servers. We can suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

9. No warranty, limited liability

The Services are provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Boundfire isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for injury or damage caused by devices or custom integrations you choose to connect. You agree to cover claims that arise from your misuse of the Services. If you got the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store's terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change we'll let you know, and continuing to use the Services means you accept the update.
